Rehabilitation Program
Transitioning back to work after a disability can have a tremendous effect on your physical, psychological and financial wellbeing. That's why the AICPA LTD Plan offers a voluntary program that helps you determine if rehabilitation services might help you return back to work. Once an initial review is completed by Prudential's specialists, you may be offered a rehabilitation program at no cost to you. If the program is not developed by Prudential's rehabilitation specialists, you must receive written approval for the program before it begins.
Your rehabilitation program may include, but is not limited to the following services:
- Coordination with your Employer to assist you to return to work
- Vocational evaluation to determine how your disability may impact your employment options
- Job placement services
- Preparation of a resume
- Job seeking skills training
- Retraining for a new occupation
- Assistance with relocation that may be part of an approved rehabilitation program
