Select Status Online Applications
for Existing Participants
Lower Select Status rates are available to current Plan participants ages 45-79, as of the October 1 Plan entrance date, and are obtained by submitting medical evidence of good health. By applying for Select Status now, you can save 25% to 50% on the cost of your life insurance coverage.
You may continue your Select Status participation at the end of each ten-year period with submission and approval of updated medical evidence. If your request for continued Select Status is not approved, your coverage will not be decreased or terminated. You will simply be billed for coverage using standard Plan rates.
