Q: What is the cost of the course?
A: The cost is $100 per person; however, there is a 15% group discount available if you pay for five or more participants at the same time.
   
Q: How many CPE credit hours is the course worth?
A: The course is worth three CPE credit hours. State boards have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses.
   
Q: How long will the course take to complete?
A: On average, the course should take approximately three hours to complete. However, the actual time needed to complete the course may differ for each individual CPA.
   
Q: Does the course have to be completed all at once?
A: No, the course can be completed in multiple sittings. When you first register, you will need to create a unique user ID and password, which will allow access to all courses purchased from LearnLive. When logging into the course, a “cookie” marks the spot where you left off. A cookie is a mechanism used to remember information about a visitor when they move from one web page to another. This process uses cookies to store information between visits. When you re-enter the course, you are given a choice as to whether you want to start from the beginning or continue where you left off.
   
Q: Are there any exams required to pass the course?
A: Yes, a final exam must be taken and passed in order to receive CPE and premium credit.
   
Q: What happens if the final exam isn’t passed on the first try?
A: You are able to take the exam up to three times. After a third unsuccessful attempt, you should contact LearnLive directly. You may then have to wait several weeks before retaking the course.

Q: Is there a cancellation policy for the course?

LearnLive Technologies will provide a full refund to any professional who has purchased but has not completed a self-study program, so long as the professional has not been enrolled* in the program for more than one year.
